Carbon and glass-fibre rods as hinge pins

By making the hinge pins of e.g. suitcases or housings of carbon or glass fibre, optimal use is made of the excellent mechanical properties of these composites. These hinge pins do not bend, are very durable and resistant against weather conditions.
